摘　　要：新三板市场的逐渐完善为中小高新企业融资带来了新的契机。中小高新企业应借助新三板市场,结合企业自身发展,完善企业融资体系。Three new board market has been increasingly perfected. It provides new chances of raising funds for small and medium high - tech enterprises. Small and medium high - tech enterprises should use the new three board market, combined with their own devel- opment, improve the enterprise financing system.
