摘　　要：目的探讨Bobath疗法联合脑血康片治疗急性脑梗死偏瘫患者运动功能恢复的效果。方法选取2011年6月至2013年6月我院收治的96例病情稳定且病程<6个月的急性脑梗死偏瘫患者作为研究对象,按照临床研究随机数字表法将患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各48例,两组患者均采用基础的急性脑梗死的治疗。对照组采用脑血康片治疗;观察组在对照组的基础上,联合Bobath疗法进行治疗。所有患者治疗12周后,观察其治疗前后神经功能缺损评分、血液流变学参数,以及两组患者治疗后运动功能和日常生活活动能力评分情况。结果观察组治疗12周后,神经功能评分及血液流变学参数均显著优于治疗后及治疗后对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后患者的步行能力、下肢运动功能以及日常生活能力(ADL)水平较治疗前和对照组治疗后均有显著改善,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 Bobath疗法联合脑血康片治疗对改善急性脑梗死偏瘫患者运动功能恢复具有明显效果。Objective To study the effect of Bobath therapy combined Naoxuekang tablets in patients with acute cerebral hemiplegia for the recovery of motor function. Methods Totally 96 patients with acute cerebral hemiplegia,which table condition and duration〈6 months,received from June 2011 to June 2013 in our hospital were selected in this study. They were divided into two groups by ran-domly,and each group had 48 cases. All patients in the two groups were treated with 12 weeks on the basis of acute cerebral infarction. Patients in the control group was admitted with Naoxuekang tablets,while patients in the observation group combined with Bobath ther-apy for treatment on the basis of the control group. Neurological function,blood parameters,motor function and activities of daily living score situation were observed and compared between the patients of the two groups at 12 weeks post-treatment. Results After 12 weeks,neurological function and blood rheology parameters of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group and the pre-treatment（P〈0. 05）. After treatment,walking ability,lower limb motor function and ADL average water had im-proved significantly in patients of both groups（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Bobath therapy combined with Naoxuekang tablets in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction could improve motor function in stroke patients with significant outcome.
