摘  要:目的:探讨孕8~11周稽留流产的发生原因及其胚胎绒毛染色体核型分析的关联。方法对120例稽留流产孕妇(孕8~12周)的胎儿绒毛组织进行绒毛染色体培养、制备和G显带并对结果进行分析。结果120例稽留流产胎儿绒毛染色体核型培养成功106例,失败14例,成功率为88.33%。对培养成功的核型进行分析,核型异常者32例,异常率为30.19%。其中,数目异常者31例,染色体结构异常者1例。结论染色体异常是发生稽留流产的重要原因之一,对稽留流产胎儿绒毛进行染色体分析,可为病因诊断及指导优生提供重要的依据。Objective To investigate the relationships between missed abortion during early gestational weeks and karyotypes analysis of fetal chorionicvillus cells. Methods Totally 120 samples of fetal villus tissue cells during early gestational weeks (8-12 weeks) were detected by the conventional G-banding chromosome analysis after uterine curettage. Results One Hundred and six cases of them were successfully diagnosed (86. 33%),and 14 of them were failed to diagnosed. There were 32 cases of abnormal karyotypes in total 54 samples,abnormal rate achieve 30. 19%. Thirty-one cases were chromosome number abnormality,and 1 case was chromosomal structural abnormality. Conclusion The chromosomal abnormality is one of the important reasons form missed abortion. Chromosome analysis of fetal villus tissue cells can provide reliable evidence for etiological diagnosis and next reproductive counseling.
