Ⅱ期胃癌的临床病理特点及根治术后的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨新UICC分期中Ⅱ期胃癌临床病理特点及根治切除手术后影响预后独立因素。方法回顾性分析经外科根治切除治疗79例Ⅱ期胃癌患者及同期治疗Ⅰb期(37例),Ⅲa期(19例)临床病理和随访资料。对Ⅱ期胃癌患者预后进行单因素和多因素分析。结果Ⅱ期胃癌根治术后5年生存率为42.0%,经单因素和多因素分析UICC分期、肿瘤部位和大体分型是影响Ⅱ期胃癌预后的独立因素。结论影响Ⅱ期胃癌根治切除术后预后独立因素为UICC分期、肿瘤部位和大体分型。Objective To discuss the new UICC staging Ⅱ stage gastric cancer clinical pathological characteristics and the factors influencing the prognosis of independent after radical surgery.Methods The surgical radical resection were retrospectively analyzed 79 cases of stage Ⅱ and patients with gastric cancer treatment Ⅰ b（37 cases）,Ⅲ a period（19 cases）,clinical pathology and follow-up data.Stage of Ⅱ the prognosis of patients with gastric cancer were single factor and multiple factors analysis.Results Ⅱ stage gastric cancer radical surgery 5-year survival rate was 42.0%,the single factor and multiple factors analysis UICC stage,tumor site and parting is roughly independent factors affecting Ⅱ stage gastric cancer prognosis.Conclusion Influence of gastric cancer resection Ⅲ independent prognostic factors UICC stage,tumor location and gross type.
