中医综合护理干预对改善脑卒中后气虚血瘀型患者运动功能的效果

摘　　要：目的:观察中医综合护理干预对改善脑卒中后气虚血瘀型患者运动功能的效果。方法:将96例脑卒中后气虚血瘀型住院患者按抽签法随机分为对照组和观察组各48例。对照组按照国家中医药管理局颁布的《中医病症诊断疗效标准》中脑卒中患者中医护理方案进行护理,观察组在对照组护理的基础上给予中医综合护理干预,包括膳食护理、艾灸疗法、中药泡洗与热敷。分别于治疗前与治疗42 d后,观察2组Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分及日常生活能力Barthel指数变化情况。结果:2组患者运动功能Fugl-Meyer评分及日常生活能力Barthel指数评分均较治疗前有所改善(P<0.01),观察组改善均明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:中医综合护理干预能够改善气虚血瘀型患者运动功能,提高患者日常生活活动能力。Objective： To observe the curative effects of comprehensive traditional Chinese medicine nursing on patients with deficient vital energy and blood stasis after stroke. Methods： Ninety-six hospitalized patients with post-stroke deficiency of vital energy and blood stasis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The patients in the control group received the routine nursing according to the nursing plan delivered by Beijing Bureau of traditional Chinese medicine,while the patients in the treatment group were given comprehensive traditional Chinese medicine nursing including food nursing,moxa-wool moxibustion nursing,traditional Chinese medicine foam washing and hot compress. The Fugl-Meyer movement function marking and Barthel index of the two groups were observed before treatment and 42 days after treatment. Results： The Fugl-Meyer movement function marking and Barthel index of both groups improved significantly（ P〈0. 01）,and the observation group was superior to the control group（ P〈0. 01）. Conclusions：Comprehensive nursing with traditional Chinese medicine may improve the daily movement function and life ability of the patients with deficient vital energy and blood stasis after stoke.
