摘　　要：本文考虑在复合函数求导链式法则的证明过程中,增加"当Δu=0时,定义α=0"的必要性,并给出一个反例.This note investigate the necessity of the condition ＂Define a = 0 for △u = 0＂in the proof of the chain rule of differentiating a compound function, and also provides a counter-example.
