摘　　要：本文针对重钢新区溅渣护炉操作的不足，优化了溅渣护炉中的留渣量和溅渣枪位两个关键工艺参数，并对吹炼工艺、转炉终渣进行优化。在重钢新区3#转炉一期炉役内取得良好的护炉效果。According to the disadvantages about protection technology by slag splashing in CISC new district, the slag amount and oxygen lance height of slag splashing which are two key process parameters were optimized, and the blowing process and the converter slag are further optimized. Good results to the protection of the converter are obtained on the No.3converter at the first stage campaign in CISC district.
