摘　　要：居民健康卡建设是推进深化医改、优化服务流程、改善就医环境、实现医疗卫生机构服务协同,方便群众就医的重大民生工程。电子签名技术能有效解决电子数据防篡改和防抵赖的问题。居民健康卡和电子签名技术的结合应用能有效解决医疗数据的安全性和无纸化处理的问题。Construction of residents＇ health card is a momentous project concerning people＇s livelihood. It can help in promoting deepening of medical reform, optimizing service processes, improving the medical service environment, achieving collaboration of medical and health services and bring patients a convenience medical treatment environment. Electronic signature technology can effectively solve electronic data tamper and deny problems. Combined application of residents＇ health cards and electronic signature technology can effectively solve the security of medical data and paperless problems.
