浅谈悬臂式掘进机液压系统污染控制

摘　　要：悬臂式掘进机液压系统工作环境恶劣,长期处于高负荷工作状态,液压油很容易受到污染,使掘进机液压元件寿命缩短,降低液压系统可靠性和使用性能。本文分析了污染物的来源,并对其危害进行了论述,在此基础上建立了污染控制模型,提出了控制污染的一系列措施,措施的制定考虑了设计、加工制造、使用和维护阶段的情况,有效控制了系统中的污染物,保证了系统的顺利工作。Though an important element in establishing lifelong learning communities, current libraries does not meet the needs of community residents due to the imbalance of reginal development and the shortage of resource sharing, which results in the failure of maximization of its expected benefits. This paper proposes that the leadership mechanism of integrating library into lifelong learning community construction be strengthened, the allocation of cultural and educational resources be optimized, and the quality of library＇s service in lifelong learning communities be improved.
