摘　　要：帛书《昭力》篇,作为孔门弟子的传《易》著作,集中讨论了"卿大夫之义"与"君之义",对国君和卿大夫均提出了政治伦理要求。如国君应当正己修德、知人善任,卿大夫应当以忠信为先、尽心辅佐国君等。这些思想为我们研究原始儒家的政治伦理思想提供了更多的视野和途径。As Confucian disciples heritage the Book of Changes, the Silk Book Zhao Li chapter focused on the ＂The duties of officers＂ and ＂ Monarch＇s righteousness＂. Monarch, officers have raised the political ethics requirements. As monarch should has virtue, know one＇s subordinates well enough to assign them jobs commensurate with their abilities, officers should be faithful to the first, with the help of monarch. These thoughts provided more perspectives and approaches to our study of the original Confucian political ethics.
