眼科老年患者护理安全管理初探

摘　　要：目的初步探讨护理安全管理在眼科护理管理中的应用，以期为临床护理管理工作提供参考。方法随机抽取2014年7月眼科护理管理中加强护理安全管理后的100例患者为观察组，2014年1月至6月未行加强护理安全管理的100例患者为对照组。结果观察组与对照组基础护理理论考核合格率（97％比92％）、护理技术操作合格率（99％比91％）、护理文书书写评分（95．8分比92分）、患者满意度（99.2％比84．2％）组间差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。观察组护理事故发生1起，明显低于对照纽的5起（P〈0．05）。结论针对眼科老年患者临床特点和护理安全因素加强管理，建立、完善护理安全质量管理体系，有利于保证眼科护理质量和安全．减少不良事件及医患纠纷发生．明显增加患者满意度。Objective To investigate the application of safety management in ophthalmological nursing,so as to provide reference for clinical nursing administration.Methods Advanced nursing safety management was applied in the Department of Ophthalmolo- gy of Union Hospital since July 2014, and 100 patients were randomly selected as the observation group;100 cases of patients who were hospitalized during January to June of 2014 were set as the control group.Observation group was treated with advanced nursing safety management.Specific measures included：medical safety nursing training, improvement of the hospital environment, strengthening the elderly patient risk assessment, health education, formulating specific measures and assessment criteria, strictly implement of the safety check measures;control group was treated with the traditional nursing management.Results The basic nursing theory examination qualified rate （97% vs 92%）, nursing technical qualification rate （99% vs 91%）,nursing document record score（95.8 vs 92）,patient satisfaction（99.2% vs 84.2%） and so on were higher in the observation group than that of the control group,and differences between groups were statistically significant （P〈 0.05）.There was 1 cases nursing accidents in the observation group,significantly lower than that of the control group （3 cases ）.Conclusion Establishing an advanced safety man- agement system,according to the clinical features and nursing safety factors of elderly ophthalmological patients,could help to im- prove the quality and safety of nursing, reduce the occurrence of adverse events and medical disputes,significantly increase the patient satisfaction,which has made the beneficial attempt to improve the ophthalmic nursing safety and quality.
