摘　　要：奶牛乳房炎是影响奶业发展的主要疾病,而牛奶中体细胞数的水平又是奶牛乳房健康程度的具体反映。本研究根据新疆地区不同规模化牛场2011年1月—2014年4月DHI测定资料分析牛场类型、品种、年份、季节、月份对奶牛体细胞评分的影响,以及体细胞评分与其他DHI测定指标的相关性。结果表明:牛场类型、品种、年份、季节、月份对体细胞评分有极显著的影响(P<0.01);体细胞评分与乳脂率、乳蛋白率呈极显著的正相关(P<0.01),体细胞评分与乳糖率、总固体呈极显著的负相关(P<0.01)。因此,通过分析体细胞评分的变化规律,加深对影响体细胞评分因素的认识,可以采取相应的措施指导生产实践,通过扩大牛场规模、改良品种、加强管理等手段,提高牛群产量和牛奶品质。Cattle mastitis is the main diseases that affecting development of the dairy industry. Somatic cell count is the specific reflection that the degree of cattle breast health in milk. DHI data of the different scale cattle farm from 2011 January to 2014 April in Xinjiang was collected. The objective of this study was to analyze the factors including farm type, varieties, year, season and month influencing the somatic cell score, and the correlation between somatic cell score and the others of the DHI index. The results showed that effect of farm type, varieties, year, season and month on the somatic cell score were highly significant （P〈0.01）; there were highly significant positive correlation between somatic cell score and milk fat percentage and milk protein percentage （P〈0.01）, there were highly significant negative correlation between somatic cell score and lactose rate and total solid （P〈0.01）.Therefore, the variation of somatic cell score was analyzed, we could deepen the understanding of factors that affect the somatic cell score by analyze the variation of somatic cell score, and take the corresponding measures to guide the production practice which include expanding the scale of farm, improving varieties,strengthening management etc. It will improve the yield and quality of milk .
