健康大学生春秋两季“肝主疏泄”功能状况调查研究

摘　　要：探讨将"肝主疏泄"与"五脏应四时"理论相结合,运用临床流行病学调查方法,选择气温条件相似的春分、秋分两个观察时点,从躯体、心理和社会适应性三个维度对健康大学生进行追踪观察。结果:处于健康状态的大学生,在躯体和心理两个维度、春秋两季的表现上具有一定的差异性,且处于春分节令时各种不适表现更为明显,主要集中在肝的疏泄功能不能适应自然界气机消长变化所呈现的善太息、纳呆、腹胀等躯体表现以及多梦、抑郁等心理表现。Combined with the theory of ＇ liver governing conveyance and dispersion＇ and ＇ five viscera correspond to the four seasons ＇ , using the methods of clinical epidemiological investigation, selecting vernal equinox and autumnal equinox as observation points, from the physical, psychological and social adaptation to observe the healthy students in Shanxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. The result was that compared with the autumnal equinox, the healthy students in the vernal equinox have also significant difference on the physical and psychological performance. It was more obvious in the vernal equinox, mainly concentrated on the physical discomfort as sighing, anorexia, abdominal distension, and on the psychological discomfort as dreaminess, depression, which caused by the function of liver governing conveyance and dispersion can not be adapt to the seasonal variation.
