芎芷煎方治疗偏头痛的临床疗效及机理研究

摘　　要：目的:观察芎芷煎方治疗偏头痛的临床疗效并探讨其作用机制。方法:采取随机、对照方法将122例偏头痛患者分为治疗组62例和对照组60例,治疗组口服中药芎芷煎方,对照组口服西比灵胶囊;2组疗程均为3个月,观察临床疗效和头痛发作频率及头痛程度变化情况以及血液流变学指标和血浆5-羟色胺、降钙素基因相关肽、一氧化氮含量、脑电图的变化。结果:治疗组、对照组临床总有效率分别为78.5%、53.2%,组间疗效比较差异有统计学意义;2组治疗后1个月、2个月及3个月偏头痛发作频率和头痛程度评分均明显降低,组间治疗后同期比较差异有统计学意义,且治疗组血浆5-HT含量较前升高,CGRP、NO含量明显下降,血液流变学指标改善情况和脑电图检查结果与对照组比较差异有统计学意义。结论:芎芷煎方治疗偏头痛具有较好的治疗作用,其作用机理与升高血浆5-HT含量、降低血浆CGRP、NO含量以及改善血液流变学和脑电图改变有关。Objective： To observe the clinical effects of＂Xiongzhi Decoction＂ on migraine and investigate its mechanism. Methods： Total 122 cases were randomized into two groups： treatment group in which 62 cases were treated with＂ Xiongzhi Decoction＂ and control group in which 60 cases were treated with Flunarizine Capsule, with a course of 3months..The clinical efficacy and migraine frequency and severity were observed. Results： The total effective rate was 78.5% in the treatment group and 53.2% in the control group, with a striking difference between them. After treatment, the scores of migraine frequency and severity were reduced in both groups, with a significant difference between the two groups. Compare with the control group that the Plasma 5-HT levels increased, CGRP and NO levels decreased, blood theology and EEG findings to improve at the treatment group, the disparity has significant difference. Conclusion： ＂Xiongzhi Decoction＂ is quite effective for migraine. Its mechanism may be relate to the Plasma 5-HT, CGRP and NO levels and blood rheology and EEG.
