摘　　要：谢强老师在40年的临床实践中精研经典,博古通今,归纳诸家,总结出用轻剂治疗五官科疾病的经验,用药轻灵,将轻剂广泛运用于五官科急、慢证。认为五官属"清窍",赖清阳之气载精血津液上奉濡养方能发挥其正常功能;故病变于上,每取质轻气薄辛散之品,轻扬治上,易于直达病所;即轻以治上启下、轻以调畅气机、轻以通阳利湿,轻以舒络行血,轻以理肺化滞,轻以疏肝散郁,轻以理胃化滞,善用轻剂调补脾胃,擅用轻清药引药上达,此经验具有很高的临床应用价值。Xie Qiang has studied medical classics, summed up the precedents＇ experience in his 40 years＇ clinical practice and then put forward the experience of treating ENT diseases with light diaphoretic prescription which is of high value. Acute and chronic ENT diseases are treated with light diaphoretic prescription. Xie considers the five sense organs belong to qingqiao, and are able to play their normal functions only when qingyang bears jingxie fluid to moisten them. Soft, slight and pungent drugs are used to deal with diseases of facial features, aiming at treating these diseases effectively. For one thing, the light diaphoretic prescription can open the up and down communication of human body, regulate qi activity,current yangqi and promote diuresis, unblock collaterals and promote blood circulation, clear lung and eliminate phlegm. For another, it can sooth the liver and relieve depression, improve digestion, recuperate the weakness of the spleen and the stomach, and usher drug to reach the higher authorities by medicinal guides.
