KJZ激光治疗阿弗他溃疡的临床疗效评价

摘　　要：目的评价KJZ激光治疗口腔阿弗他溃疡的疗效观察。方法选择复发性阿弗他溃疡158例,随机分为实验组与对照组,各79例。实验组用KJZ激光进行治疗,对照组用曲安西龙软膏治疗,对比2组疗效观察。结果实验组总有效率为91.14%,对照组总有效率为68.35%;治疗时间实验组明显少于对照组;2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 KJZ激光能快速减轻溃疡疼痛,促进溃疡面愈合,并缩短溃疡的病程,具有良好的临床疗效。Objective To evaluate the effect of the KJZ laser on treating recurrent aphthous ulcer. Methods Select 158 recurrent aphthous ulcer patients, and devide their into two groups for the experimental group （n=79） and control group randomly （n=79）. The experimental group was treated in KJZ laser, and the control one was treat in oral ulcer paste. Contrast the effect observation for the two groups. Results Total effective rate was 91.14% in experimental group, and it was 68.35% in control group. There were significant differences between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion KJZ laser can reduce uleer pain quickly, promote healing of ulcer surface and shorten the duration of oral ulcer, it has the good clinical curative effect.
