浮脉、沉脉的脉象特征及临床意义发展源流

摘　　要：通过对《黄帝内经》以降相关文献的梳理,概述浮脉、沉脉的脉象特征与临床意义的发展轨迹,以正本清源,为脉象的规范化研究及指导临床实际提供一定依据。结果表明,现今所认识的浮脉、沉脉,无论从诊脉方法还是内涵,与古代尤其是《黄帝内经》《难经》《伤寒杂病论》中所记载的"浮""沉"脉不完全相同:1)古人认为浮脉、沉脉可以是生理脉象;2)古人用浮、沉表述疾病状态下脉位浅、深的动态变化;3)古人用静态的浮脉、沉脉反映人体的生理、病理特征。中医对浮脉、沉脉脉象特征及临床意义的认识是在发展中逐步完善的。Through studying Yellow Emperor＇s Inner Canon and the following literature, this article summarizes the development track of the characteristics and clinical significance of floating pulse and deep pulse, in order to trace back sources and provide the basis for the standardization research and clinical practice guide of pulse manifestation. The results show that the current understanding of floating pulse and deep pulse is not exactly the same as recorded in ancient times, especially compared with the floating pulse and deep pulse recorded in Yellow Emperor＇s Inner Canon （黄帝内经） , Classic on Medical Problems （难经） , and Treatise on Febrile and Miscellaneous Diseases （伤寒杂病论）, either in the pulse taking method or connotation. Firstly, the ancients thought the floating pulse and deep pulse might be physiological pulse ; secondly, the ancients took float and deep to express the dynamic changes of pulse position of superficial or deep in illness state; thirdly, the ancients thought the static floating pulse and the deep pulse could reflect the physiological and pathological characteristics of the human body. Understanding of the characteristics and clinical significance of floating pulse and deep pulse in Chinese Medicine was gradual improved during its development process.
