摘　　要：目的观察脱细胞异种真皮基质组织补片预防腮腺切除术后味觉出汗综合征的效果。方法腮腺切除术患者140例,术后在面神经表面及腮腺咬肌筋膜皮瓣之间覆盖脱细胞异种真皮基质83例(试验组),未行覆盖者57例(对照组)。采用电话问卷方式随访两组患者味觉出汗综合征及排异反应的发生情况。结果试验组味觉出汗综合征发生率低于对照组(3.61%vs.21.05%)(P<0.05)。试验组排异反应发生率为2.41%。结论植入脱细胞异种真皮基质组织补片能减少腮腺切除术后味觉出汗综合征的发生,但少数患者会出现自体排异反应。Objective To observe the outcomes of xenogenic acellular dermal matrix in the prevention of Frey＇s syndrome after parotidectomy.Methods Of 140 patients underwent parotidectomy,xenogenic acellular dermal matrix transplantation between parotideomasseteric facial flap and facial nerve was performed in 83cases（group A）and without transplantation in 57 cases（group B）.The incidence of Frey＇s syndrome and rejection response were followed up by telephone questionnaire survey.Results The incidence rate of Frey＇s syndrome was lower in group A than that in group B（3.61% vs.21.05%）（P〈0.05）.The incidence rate of rejection reaction in group A was2.41%.Conclusion The xenogenic acellular dermal matrix transplantation can effectively reduce the incidence of Frey＇s syndrome after parotidectomy,while a few patients may occur autologous rejection.
