摘 要:目的比较白内障手术中应用平衡盐溶液(BSS)和角膜保护剂(HPMC)对泪膜稳定性的影响。方法采取2014年8-11月在济南市第二医院眼科就诊的200例白内障病人(200只眼),分为BSS组(100只眼)或者HPMC组(100只眼),对术中BSS和HPMC的应用次数和术前及术后泪膜的稳定性进行检测。结果2组之间的结果显示,术中持续时间和术后的1天的泪膜破裂时间,泪河高度比较,HPMC组明显长于BSS组;术中应用次数,应用数量和角膜荧光素染色HPMC组明显少于于BSS组。结论相比较于BSS,白内障术中应用HPMC能够明显改善术后泪膜的稳定性。Objective To compare the stability of tear film of balanced salt solution (BSS) and Comea-Proteet (HPMC) during cataract surgery. Methods The research included 200 cataract patients (200 eyes). The patients were randomly assigned to receive either BSS (100 eyes) or HPMC (100 eyes). The BSS and HPMC was applied during surgery, the preoperative and postoperative sta- bility of tear film were tested. Results The result showed that the HPMC group was significantly longer than that in group BSS on postoperative duration of surgery, breakup time of tear film and tear meniscus height (P 〈0.05). However, the HPMC group was significantly less than that in group BSS on frequency of applications, number of applications and corneal fluoreseein staining (P 〈0.05). Conclusions 2% HPMC provide significantly better stability of tear film than BSS during cataract surgery.
