探寻泪道阻塞置入创制管疏通疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探寻一种非手术，创制管置入阻塞泪道，加动态输注治疗液治疗病变泪道组织，观察疗程疗效改变。方法对2010年6月至2014年6月在石河子市人民医院眼科采用探通阻塞泪道，续而置入管壁开有多个微孔的创制管，配制治疗液通过麻醉镇痛泵自动定时定量泵液，续灌输注治疗，实现带管期动态主动调治病变泪道组织。结果治疗43例45只眼，三周拔管。随访：近期一周治愈有效率100％（45／45），远期一个月治愈有效率95．1％（39／41）。结论泪道阻塞置人创制多微孔硬膜外管加配制药液自动泵灌输注，实现了带管期动态治疗，起到了缩短疗程，提高了治愈有效率。Objective To explore a non-surgical and creating tube obstruction of lacrimal duct, add dynamic infusion treatment fluid to cure nasolacrimal duct lesion group. Methods Probe of lacrimal duct obstruction, and placed on the pipe wall created with a plurality of microporous tube. Automatic timing and dosing pump fluid with analgesia pump. Results Treat 43 cases of 45 eyes, and extubate in three weeks. A week cure rate was 100%, efficient cured rate in one month was 95.1%. Conclusions Implantate of epidural tube and the creation of microporous mixed chemicals automatic pump infusion to cure obstruction of lacrimal ducts, can shorten the course of diseases and improve the cure rate.
