摘　　要：新媒体与传统媒体相比,具有门槛低、互动强、传播快等特点,通过传统教学、培训方式进行思想引导已力不从心。微信已融入大学生的生活方式。本文从调查学生微信使用习惯,研究传播学相关理论,调研工作成效卓越的微信公众平台经验三个角度出发,探析新媒体环境下大学生思想引导规律。高校辅导员应当发挥与学生生活贴近的优势,创新工作方法,组建专门队伍、调整传播策略、保障推送时效、语言立体渗透、挖掘数据反馈,让高校新媒体成为陪伴大学生成长的知音。Compared with the traditional media, the new media is characterized by a low threshold, strong inter- action, fast spread and other characteristics and traditional teaching and training approach has been powerless in ide- ological guidance. Wechat has been integrated into the students＂ life. The paper explores the law to guide the college students ideologically from three aspects of investigating students＂ habit in using Weehat, studying the communication theory, and surveying and studying the experience of the remarkable public platform of Wechat. College counselors should take advantage of being close to the students＂ life, initiate the working methods, build professional team, adjust the communication strategy, ensure spread aging, permeate the language totally, dug the feedback of the data, making the new media in colleges and universities become bosom friend of college students.
