黛安神治疗灼口综合症的初步观察

摘　　要：目的探讨黛安神治疗灼口综合症的效果。方法将诊断为灼口综合症的65例患者随机分成两组。黛安神治疗组服用黛安神1片/次,2次/日,对照组服用氯硝西泮2mg,1次/晚,其他药物服用B、E族维生素等治疗相同,4周后比较两组治疗效果。结果黛安神治疗组有效率达93.9%,疗效优于对照组。结论黛安神治疗灼口综合症效果优于常规抗焦虑药物氯硝西泮,副作用小,值得进一步推广。Objectives To observe the effects of deanxit in the burning mouth syndrome. Methods Sixty-five patients, who had been diagnosed as the burning mouth syndrome, were divided into two groups by random. One group were treated with deanxit, the control group with oral administration of elonazepam, in addition to vitamins B E and oryzanol, the effects were observed and compared after 4 weeks therpy. Results The efficacy of deanxit was higher than that of the control group. Conclusions The deanxit therapy is a more effective therapy for burning mouth syndrome and is worthy of further study.
