摘　　要：文章简要介绍了故障预测与健康管理(PHM)的技术发展过程、主要功能,对目前动车组故障预测与健康管理的现状及存在的不足进行了阐述,提出了动车组未来PHM技术框架和实施方案,展望了动车组PHM技术应用前景。This paper briefly presents the development process and main function of fault prognostics and health management（PHM） technology, expounds the state and defects of EMU PHM, gives the future technology frame and implementation plans of EMU, and forecasts the PHM technology application prospects of EMU.
