摘　　要：胃癌是消化系统最常见恶性肿瘤之一,建立人胃癌动物模型是研究胃癌的重要方法,其对研究胃癌的发病原因、发病机制及治疗等方面具有重要意义,本文主要就荷人胃癌细胞裸鼠模型的建模方法、成瘤标准、应用及研究现状进行综述。Gastric cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors of the digestive system. Gastric cancer animal model is an important approach to research the gastric cancer. It is of great significance to study the etiology, pathogenesis and treatment of gas- tric cancer. In this article, we aimed to review the establishment of human gastric cancer cells model in nude mice in terms of meth- ods, application and research status.
