替莫唑胺联合放射治疗脑转移瘤患者的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察在脑转移瘤患者中联合应用替莫唑胺与放射治疗的临床疗效和安全性。方法选取我院收治的90例脑转移瘤患者,随机分为对照组(放射治疗)和观察组(放射治疗+替莫唑胺),每组45例,评价并比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组患者的缓解率为88.89%(40/45),对照组为71.11%(32/45),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的复发时间、平均生存时间均优于对照组,两组对比差异显著(P<0.05);观察组患者白细胞减少、恶心呕吐的发生率分别为15.55%、22.22%,对照组分别为11.11%、17.78%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论与单纯应用放射治疗相比,替莫唑胺联合放疗可提高脑转移瘤的疗效,延长生存期,且不会明显增加不良反应,安全性高,值得临床推广与应用。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of patients with metastatic encephaloma treated with combined temozolomide and radiotherapy. Methods The selected 90 patients with cerebral metastasis were randomly divided into the control group （radiotherapy） and the observation group （radiotherapy plus temozolomide）, with 45 patients included in each group. The treat- ment results were evaluated and compared between the two groups. Results The remission rate was 88.89% （40/45） in the observa- tion group, and was 71.11% （32/45） in the control group. The difference between the two groups was significant （P 〈 0.05）. The recur- rence time and the average survival time of the observation group were better than those of the control group, and the difference was significant between the two groups （P〈 0.05）. In the observation group, the incidence of white blood cell reduction was 15.55%, and the incidence rate of nausea and vomiting was 22.22%. And those of the control group were respectively 11.11% and 17.78%. There were no significant difference between the two groups （P〉 0.05）. Conclusion In the treatment of metastatic encephaloma, radiation therapy combined with temozolomide could improve the curative effect, prolong the survival time, and not increase the adverse reac- tions, as compared with the simple radiation therapy. So the combined therapy is worthy of promoting in clinic.
