摘　　要：本文主要从新媒体时代下英语教学的多样性出发,设计了一款适用于英语教学的软件,介绍了设计和开发软件的相应原则和方法,从而对于网络教育软件的理念和开发技术进行了诠释。在软件的开发中,尽力考虑实际应用需求和做可行性分析,对于软件所在的系统环境也有更深入的了解和优化,利用数据库技术在软件开发中做到了满足各个学习阶段的目标,对于软件的实际测试使用环节也进行了详细的论述,得出结论,这是一款使用于不同年龄段英语学习的网络化软件,且运行环境友好,界面简洁。The main article under the new media age diversity English teaching starting, designed a suitable English language teaching software, introduced the relevant principles and methods of software design and development, thus the concept of educational software for the network and the development of technology for the interpretation.
