摘　　要：介绍我国高铁C T C系统建设运营的概况,重点对于北京调度所工程设计中的创新点进行介绍,从总体技术框架、网络架构、统一应用软件、信息安全等级保护、工程集成设计、综合运营维护管理等六个方面进行说明,最后对高铁CTC系统工程设计技术的未来简要展望。This paper introduces a general situation of the construction and operation of the CTC system for Chinese high-speed railways, and focuses on the engineering design innovation of Beijing railway bureau dispatching center from the following six aspects： general technological framework, network architecture, unified application software, protection of information security classes, integrated engineering design and integrated management of operation and maintenance. Finally, it presents the future prospect of designing the CTC system for high-speed railways.
