摘　　要：北京财贸职业学院近年来在职业技能大赛方面积极尝试,围绕比赛开展了多种多样的教育教学探索工作,2014年初次参加了世界职业技能大赛北京赛区选拔赛。本文将就学生参赛的心理辅导、职业技能训练、校企合作指导比赛、构建比赛管理与服务机构等问题进行研究,试图寻找通过大赛,检验教师的职业能力、提高行业影响力的方法,挖掘管理部门提升管理服务水平的规律性,实现顺利完成参赛任务,带动学生职业能力和就业能力提升的目标。In recent years, Beijing College of Finance And Commerce has made an active trial in vocational skills competitions with a variety of education exploration work focusing on the competitions. In 2014, it turned up first time in the world vocational skills competition Beijing preliminaries. This article will make a study on the psychological counseling to the student participants, vocational skills training, cooperation between school and enterprise,the building of competition management and service organization, in the hope to find the way to check the teachers＇professional ability and improve its industry influence; to exploit management department to improve the management level, and finally achieve the goal of successful completion of the task and also the promotion of both the students＇ professional and employment ability
