摘　　要：数字时代,信息技术的发展为档案职业带来契机的同时,也对档案职业的主体理念、客体对象、技能结构和环境条件等产生着深刻的影响,即数字时代的档案职业危机。其具体表现为因主体理念守旧而被边缘化的危机,因技术应用乏力而被"夺权"的危机,因信息素质低下而被取代的危机,因服务能力不足而被吞并的危机和因管理体制不顺而被淘汰的危机。In the digital age, the development of information technology brings both opportunities and crises to Archives Occupation. The reason of crises is the development of information technology produc- es a profound impact on the subject concepts, ob- jects, skill structures, and environmental conditions of Archives Occupation. The performance of crises is the marginalization from the old subject concepts, the loss of power from no application of technology, the exchange from low information quality, the merger from inadequate service capabilities and the natural selection from inappropriate management system.
