大学生的社会技能与成人依恋的关系

摘　　要：以大学生为研究对象,探讨社会技能与成人依恋的关系。结果表明:社会技能总分和依恋亲近、依赖显著正相关,与焦虑显著负相关;与人和善、社交性和亲近均显著正相关,社交害羞与亲近和依赖均显著正相关,与焦虑显著负相关;成人依恋能显著预测大学生的社会技能;安全型依恋大学生的社会技能状况好于非安全依恋的大学生,应该关注非安全依恋大学生的社会技能状况。College students were investigated to explore the relationship of social skills and adult attachment. Results showed that： The total score of social skills is positively correlated with attachment and dependence while obviously, it is negatively correlated with anxiety; kindness and sociability are positively correlated with attachment, and social shyness ,is positively correlated with closeness and dependence and negatively correlated with anxiety. Adult attachment can predict college students＇ social skills significantly. The social skills of secure attached students are better than those with insecure attachment, so we should pay more attention to social skills of students with insecure attachment.
