摘  要:为探讨改善山东烤烟香气特征及质量安全的技术手段,以NC102为材料,通过田间试验研究了4种饼肥与化肥配施比例对烤烟中部叶片组织结构及有机酸含量的影响。结果表明,单施化肥处理的烟叶叶面积明显小于化肥与饼肥配施的处理,叶片厚度随饼肥配施比例的增高而增大,烤后烟中苹果酸、柠檬酸、草酸含量与饼肥用量呈显著负相关。综合叶片组织结构及有机酸含量结果,25%饼肥+75%化肥处理叶片组织结构具有低焦油烟叶特征,与烟气香气相关的各有机酸比例最为适宜,具有更好的香气特征。在本试验条件下,25%饼肥+75%化肥处理更有利于彰显山东烤烟香气特征和提高质量安全性。In order to improve the safety, quality and aroma of Shandong flue-cured tobacco, the effect of four different ratios of cake fertilizer and chemical fertilizer treatments on tissue structure and organic acid contents in the middle leaves of flue-cured tobacco NC102 was investigated by field experiments. The results showed that the middle leaves of the treatment with chemical fertilizer only were significantly smaller than the other treatments that included cake fertilizer, that leaf thickness was increased with increased ratio of cake fertilizer, and that the contents of malic acid, citric acid and oxalic acid in leaves were negatively correlated with the amount of cake fertilizer applied. The tissue structure and organic acid contents in leaves of the treatment with 25% cake fertilizer and 75% chemical fertilizer were better than the other treatments, which indicated that leaves from this treatment had the characteristics of low tar and high flavored tobacco. Under the condition of this study, the 25% cake fertilizer in combination with 75% chemical fertilizer treatment is more conducive to improve the safety, quality and aroma of Shandong flue-cured tobacco.
