摘 要:以3500压裂泵机架为研究对象,分析了压裂泵液力端载荷及动力端动态特性,在确定机架危险工况下载荷的基础上,采用直接施加曲柄支反力和带有模拟轴承2种模型对机架轴承座圆环面上的载荷、径向最大变形以及机架的应力进行了数值仿真。研究结果表明,带有模拟轴承的计算结果与直接施加曲柄支反力的计算结果相比,机架轴承座圆环面上的载荷和径向最大变形减小,最大降幅分别为73.5%和95.1%;机架应力减小,最大应力降幅为40%;模拟轴承刚度变化对机架各轴承座圆环面上的载荷、径向变形和机架应力影响较小,机架应力最大值变化幅度不超过1%。综合考虑了曲轴及轴承的变形,所得结论可为大功率压裂泵机架的强度计算和刚度研究提供参考。The fracturing hydraulic end loads and power end dynamic characteristics of the 3500 fracturing pump rack have been analyzed?Based on the loads on the rack under dangerous conditions, the rack bearing block torus’s load, the maximum radial deformation and the rack’ s stress have been simulated under two models, of which one is with direct crank reaction force and another is with simulated bearing?The results show that, the rack bearing block torus’ s load and the maximum radial deformation of the rack model with direct crank reaction force are relatively lower?The maximum reduction is 73?5% and 95?1% respectively?The stress of rack decreases with the maximum drop of 40%?The stiffness of the simulated bearing has little effect on the rack bearing block torus’ s load, the maximum radial deformation and the rack’s stress?The variation amplitude of the rack’s maximum stress is less than 1%?The study has taken the deformation of the crank and bearing into consideration, providing refer?ences for the study on the strength and stiffness of high power fracturing pump rack.
