摘　　要：关于我国是否应当归化优秀的外籍运动员一直存在争议,当下随着其他国家归化实践的巨大成功与社会意识的转变,放开归化的呼声日高。目前我国引进归化运动员主要的法律障碍是以《国籍法》为主的一系列规范性法律文件之规定,故有人提出了修改《国籍法》等主张,但这些举措并不宜用来解决归化外籍运动员的法律困境,而是应当善用法律解释等其他方法。同时,在外籍运动员之外,还有另一类"类归化运动员"更值得关注。There has been much disputes over whether China should naturalize excellent athletes with foreign nationality. The naturalization has been successful in the foreign countries and there should be a change in China. However, regula- tions in The Nationality Law of P. R. C have made it impossible. Therefore , interpretations should be added to the ex- isting law and the adopting of ＂semi-naturalized athlete ＂ system can be taken into consideration.
