摘  要:本文采用修正的三阶段DEA模型对我国部属高校运行的整体效率及其影响因素,高校教学、科研和社会服务三种功能的效率以及其对整体效率的贡献度进行了系统性分析,发现我国高校整体运行效率较低,政府拨款、学科建设两项影响因素对高校效率的作用方向相反,我国高校的教学效率显著高于科研效率,而社会服务功能却十分薄弱,而且不同地区和类型高校的效率水平也存在较大差异。We adopted the modified three-stage DEA model to evaluate state-run universities" overall efficiency and its influencing factors. Particularly, we used the model and evaluated the efficiency of state-run universities" three main functions, namely talent cultivation, scientific research and social service. Then we measured the contributions made by these functions to the overall efficiency. The result indicates that the state-run universities have low overall efficiency, and government funding, discipline construction have an effect on the overall efficiency from different directions. We also found that among the three functions, the talent cultivation efficiency is significantly higher than that of scientific research, and the social service efficiency is very weak. And the result also shows that there is a big difference among universities" efficiency from different regions or different types.
