摘　　要：近年来,直肠癌是常见恶性肿瘤之一,手术治疗一直是直肠癌的首选方案,但对于Ⅱ/Ⅲ期患者术前的放化疗即新辅助治疗成为降低分期,争取手术切除,改善生存期,降低复发率的重要研究方向,这需要多学科工作团队人员的参与,采用个体化综合治疗。Recently,rectal cancer is one of frequent malignant tumors and surgical treatment is always the first scheme of rectal cancer. But for patients in Ⅱ / Ⅲ period,preoperative radiotherapy and chemotherapy as neo-adjuvant therapy has become an important research direction for reducing staging,undergoing surgical resection,improving survival period and reducing the recurrence rate.This requires the participation of members of multidiscipliuary teams and adoption of individualized comprehensive treatment.
