核心自我评价与空降兵心理应激关系的实证研究

摘　　要：目的探讨核心自我评价与空降兵心理应激之间的关系。方法针对空降兵某部官兵,采用心理社会应激调查表和核心自我评价量表进行问卷调查,于2015年4月对195名官兵现场整群抽样,集中施测,实际现场回收191份有效问卷,采用SSPS19.0软件工具对有效数据分别进行相关分析和多元方差分析处理,分析核心自我评价与被试心理应激各变量之间的关系。结果 (1)研究分析表明,高、中、低不同分组的空降兵社会心理应激总分及各维度差异显著。(2)研究对象的核心自我评价与积极情绪(P<0.05)、积极应对(P<0.01)呈正相关,与消极情绪(P<0.01)、消极应对(P<0.01)和应激总分(P<0.01)呈负相关。结论 (1)研究结果表明,研究对象的核心自我评价与社会心理应激显著负相关,核心自我评价可以作为衡量空降兵心理应激水平的一项重要指标,用来预测空降兵的心理应激水平和解释空降兵的心理应激状况。(2)应积极采取有效心理干预措施,提高空降官兵的核心自我评价。Objective To explore the relationship between core self-evaluation and psychological stress of parachutists. Methods Questionnaire surveys on psychological stress and core self-evaluation were conducted in April 2015. 195 parachutists were received cluster sampling and 191 valid questionnaires were received. Effective data were received correlation analysis and multivariate analysis of variance by SPSS Statistics 19.0 software to analyze relationships between core self-evaluation and psychological stress variables. Results （1） Research analysis showed total score of social psychological stress and dimensional score in different groups （High, Middle, Short） bad significant difference. （2） Core self-evaluation were positively correlated with positive emotion （P 〈 0.05） and positive response （P 〈 0.01）, while negatively correlated with negative emotion （P 〈 0.05）, negative response （P 〈 0.01）, and total score of stress （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion （1） The research shows that there is a significant negative correlation between core self-evaluation and psychological stress. Core self-evaluation can be regarded as an important index to measure psychological stress of parachutists. It can be used to predict and explain the psychological stress of parachutists. （2） Effective psychological interventions should be adopted to improve core self-evaluation of parachutists.
