油田基层员工普法教育难点及对策

摘　　要：为积极贯彻落实党的十八大精神,推动企业向着科学化、法制化方向发展,油田企业大力开展了基层员工普法教育工作。鉴于目前油田基层员工普法工作中普遍存在的工学矛盾突出、持续推进艰难、学用范围受限等实际困难,要加强油田基层员工普法教育,可从构建完善普法教育责任及运行体系,分层次地开展法制宣传工作,采取形式多样的普法教育方法等方面做文章。In order to actively implement the spirit of the 18th Congress of CPC and promote enterprise development to- wards scientific and legalization, the oilfield enterprises have energetically carried out the law education work to the grassroots employees. In view of the actual difficulties in law dissemination to grassroots employees of oilfield companies like work-- study conflict, difficulty in continuing studying and limitation of application scope, etc. so it is necessary to strengthen law education to grassroots staff from building a complete system of responsibility and operation of law dissemination, carry out the law dissemination work in tiers and to take various forms of the law education methods, etc.
