摘 要:以牡丹籽为研究对象,采用碱液去皮,以牡丹籽出油率为考察指标,通过单因素实验考察了碱液种类、碱液浓度、加热时间、加热温度等因素对出油率的影响,并选取主要影响因素进行正交实验;结果表明:碱液去皮各因素对牡丹籽出油率影响从大到小依次为碱液浓度、加热时间、加热温度,最佳工艺条件为氢氧化钠浓度9%、加热时间5 min、加热温度80℃,此时,牡丹籽出油率达到83.61%。In terms of single factor alkali peeling test of peony seed oil, this paper experimentally examined the effect of the variety of alkaline, the concentration of alkaline, heating duration, heating temperature on oil yield, in terms of peony seed oil quantities as testing index. Orthogonal test to key factors was carried out. It was concluded that the peony seed yield was affected in the order of lye concentration, heating time and heating temperature. The optimum processing conditions was as follows: 9% aqueous sodium hydroxide, 5min heating time and 80 ℃ heating temperature. At this condition, the peony seed yield reached 83.61%.
