^(32)P内放疗治疗复发性囊性高级别脑胶质瘤的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨^(32)P内放疗治疗复发性囊性高级别脑胶质瘤的疗效。方法回顾性分析该院2007-02~2012-02复发囊性高级别脑胶质瘤28例的临床资料,其中12例术后行常规治疗(对照组),16例术后行^(32)P内放疗(治疗组),比较两组治疗效果。结果 2年生存率治疗组为75.0%,对照组为25.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2年复发率治疗组为37.5%,对照组为83.3%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复发囊性胶质瘤再次手术后结合^(32)P内放疗较常规治疗措施效果好。Objective To explore the curative effect of 32p radiotherapy, on recurrent cystic glioma Methods The clinical data of 28 cases with recurrent cystic glioma in the past five years were retrospectively analyzed. The patients were divided into the control group（with the postoperative conventional treatment, n = 12） and the treatment group with 32p interstitial radiation treatment, n = 16）. The therapeutic effect as compared between the two groups. Results The two-year survival rate of the treatment group （75.0%） was higher than that of the control group （25.0 % ） （P 〈 0. 05 ） ; The two-year recurrence rate of the treatment group （37.5% ） was lower than that of the control group（83.3% ） （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Comprehensive measures should be taken to treat recurrent cystic glioma on the basis of radiotherapy combined with 32p regular chemotherapy. 32p radiotherapy has a good clnical effect on the treatment of recurrent cystic gliomas.
