摘　　要：以江苏省淮北地区作为研究区,利用MODIS遥感数据,选择温度植被干旱指数对研究区进行干旱监测对比分析,建立基于温度植被干旱指数的研究区干旱遥感监测模型;结合土壤含水量数据和降雨量数据,确定研究区的干旱等级划分标准;利用干旱遥感模型对2011年夏旱进行监测研究。结果表明,建立干旱遥感监测模型对研究区干旱研究有很好的适用性和推广性。Taking Huaibei Region of Jiangsu Province as the research area, using the MODIS remote sensing data, this paper selected the temperature vegetation drought index to analysis drought monitoring, and set up a remotesensing monitoring model based on temperature vegetation drought index. According to the soil moisture data and rainfall data, the paper defined the drought hierarchy standard, and used the drought remote sensing model to monitoring the summer drought in 2011. The result shows that the drought remote sensing monitoring model has good applicability and extension.
