甘油三酯葡萄糖指数与颅内动脉粥样硬化性狭窄的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨甘油三酯葡萄糖指数与颅内动脉粥样硬化性狭窄的相关性。方法前瞻性收集2013年9月～2015年3月急性缺血性卒中住院患者346例，根据磁共振血管成像检查结果分成颅内动脉狭窄组和正常对照组。分别测定空腹血糖、甘油三酯、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白、高密度脂蛋白等指标，计算甘油三酯葡萄糖指数。分析两组间危险因素的差异。结果颅内动脉狭窄组高血压病史、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白、甘油三酯葡萄糖指数水平高于正常对照组（P〈O．05）。多因素Logistic回归分析表明高血压病、低密度脂蛋白以及甘油三酯葡萄糖指数与颅内动脉粥样硬化性狭窄相关。结论颅内动脉狭窄与甘油三酯葡萄糖指数有一定的正相关性，胰岛素抵抗是颅内动脉粥样硬化性狭窄的危险因素之一。Objective To explore the correlation between triglyceride and glucose indices and intracranial atheroscle- rotic stenosis. Methods A total of 346 hospitalized patients with acute ischemic stroke from September 2013 to March 2015 were prospectively collected. They were assigned to the intracranial artery stenosis group and healthy control group according to the result of magnetic resonance ang!ography. Indices such as fasting blood sugar, triglyceride, total cholesterol, LDL and HDL were tested, and triglyceride and glucose indices were calculated. The differences of risk factors between the two groups were analyzed. Results The levels of history of hypertension, triglyceride, LDL and triglyceride and glucose indices in the intracranial artery stenosis group were higher than those in the normal control group（P〈0.05）. According to multivariate logistic regression analysis, hypertension, LDL and triglyceride and glucose indices were correlated with intracranial atherosclerotic stenosis. Conclusion Intracranial artery stenosis is positively correlated to triglyceride and glucose indices to some extent, and insulin resistance is one of the risk factors for in- tracranial atherosclerotic stenosis.
