基于中医传承辅助系统分析丁元庆治疗阴虚血瘀不寐用药经验

摘　　要：目的:基于中医传承辅助系统软件,分析丁元庆教授治疗阴虚血瘀不寐的用药经验。方法:采用关联规则apriori算法、复杂系统熵聚类等无监督数据挖掘方法,分析丁元庆教授治疗阴虚血瘀不寐的处方,确定处方中各种药物的使用频次及药物之间的关联规则,探析丁元庆教授治疗阴虚血瘀不寐的用药规律。结果:对筛选出的559首处方进行分析,确定处方中药物的使用频次,药物之间的关联规则,挖掘出16个核心组合和8组药队。结论:丁元庆教授治疗阴虚血瘀不寐以滋阴填精、活血化瘀、清热安神药物为主。中医传承辅助系统对于挖掘名老中医临床经验具有重要实用价值。Objective： To analyze the composing experience of professor DING Yuanqing treating the insomnia of Yin deficiency and blood stasis by Traditional Chinese Medicine（ TCM） inheritance support system. Methods： We put the data of prescriptions for the insomnia of yin deficiency and blood stasis by DING Yuanqing into TCM inheritance support system and analyzed the composing principles by using data mining methods such as revised mutual information,complex system entropy cluster and unsupervised hierarchical cluster. Results： Based on the analysis of 559 prescriptions,the frequency of each herb and association rules among the herbs were computed. 16 core combinations and 8 new medicine teams were mined from the database. Conclusion： Professor DING Yuanqing is good at using drugs for nourishing Yin and essence,activating blood and resolving phlegm and clearing heat and tranquilizing mind to treat the insomnia of Yin deficiency and blood stasis. TCM inheritance support system can be used to analyze clinical experience of senior TCM doctors.
