鸦胆子油乳联合TP化疗方案治疗非小细胞肺癌的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:对于非小细胞肺癌患者,文章旨再比较TP化疗联合中药鸦胆子油的疗效及不良反应。方法:符合入组标准的81例患者中,40例接受化疗联合鸦胆子油(A组),41例接受单化疗(B组),3周为1个疗程,至少完成2个疗程化疗的患者进行疗效及不良反应评价。结果:81例患者均可评价疗效,其中A组客观反应率(ORR)为25%,B组ORR为10%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P=0.832);A组疾病控制率(DCR)为87.5%,中位无进展生存期(PFS)为3.5个月,B组DCR为30%,中位PFS为2.4个月,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P=0.046,P=0.05)。B组皮疹发生率高于A组(75%&10%),两组不良反应的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用鸦胆子油联合TP化疗方案治疗非小细胞肺癌,可以提高临床有效率,降低不良反应的发生。Objective： In patients with small cell lung cancer,the purpose of this paper was to compare therapeutic effect and adverse reactions of TP chemotherapy combined with Brucea Javanica oil. Methods： In accordance with the standard,40 cases received chemotherapy combined with Brucea Javanica oil（ group A） and another 41 cases received chemotherapy alone（ group B）,21 days for a cycle,at least 2 cycles of chemotherapy in patients with curative effect and adverse reaction were evaluated. Results： Group A＇s objective response rate（ ORR） was 25%. In group B,ORR was 10% and the difference between the two groups had no significance,P = 0. 832. Group A＇ s disease control rate（ DCR） was 87. 5% and the median progression free survival（ PFS） was 3. 5 months. Group B＇s DCR was 30% and the median PFS was 2. 4 months. The difference between the two groups had statistical significance（ P = 0. 046,P = 0. 05）. Group B＇s rash rate was higher than that of the group A（ 75% vs 10%） and differences in adverse reactions of the two groups were statistically significant（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Brucea Javanica oil combined with TP chemotherapy regimen in the treatment of small cell lung cancer can improve the clinical efficiency and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.
