摘　　要：溃疡性结肠炎是一种病因尚不明确的慢性非特异性炎症性肠病,属临床难治疾病。近几年中医药治疗本病越来越受到重视,对于其病因病机的认识也日趋一致。其临床治疗方法主要包括辨证论治、基本方加减治疗、灌肠治疗、分期治疗等。中医药治疗本病效果显著,同时具有复发率低、不良反应小、减少激素依赖、疗程短等优势。文章综合近几年文献,对其治疗进展与优势做一综述,以期为本病治疗提供更多思路。Ulcerative colitis is a chronic non-specific inflammatory bowel disease which etiology is unclear. Ulcerative colitis is very difficult to treat. In recent years,people pay more attention to its treatment with TCM. The understandings of the etiology and pathogenesis of UC are becoming more and more similar. The clinical treatment of this disease includes syndrome differentiation and treatment,basic prescription,enema treatment,staging treatment. The treatment with TCM is special and excellent. At the same time,it has the advantages of low recurrence rate,small side effect,reducing hormone dependence,short course and so on. In this paper,we have reviewed the literature in recent years,and made a summary of the progress and advantages of treatment in order to provide more ideas for the treatment of this disease.
