上海市嘉定区女性乳腺癌患者生存质量及影响因素研究

摘　　要：目的了解嘉定区女性乳腺癌患者的生存质量,分析其影响因素。方法采用简单随机抽样的方法,从嘉定区恶性肿瘤登记报告系统中抽取女性现患乳腺癌患者进行问卷调查。调查内容包括基本情况、患病信息,并对患者用生存质量量表进行评价。量表采用生存质量量表FACT-B中文版。结果乳腺癌患者的生存质量量表总得分为109.03,量表中生理状况、社会家庭状况、情感状况、功能状况和附加关注的平均得分分别为24.61、21.34、19.13、16.81和27.14,附加关注领域得分相对较高,功能状况得分相对较低。多因素分析结果显示,患者对婚姻质量自我评价和近5年经历应激事件的次数是影响乳腺癌患者生存质量总得分的因素。结论嘉定区女性乳腺癌患者总体生存质量较好,婚姻质量和应激事件经历是影响患者生存质量的主要因素,值得社会和家庭广泛关注。Objective To investigate the survival status of females with breast cancer and explore main factors affecting their life quality. Methods By means of simple random sampling, female patients with breast cancer were selected for questionnaire investigation from the Cancer Registration and Report System of Jiading District. The investigation covered basic conditions, ill information and evaluation of patients＇ quality of life by FACT-B Scale of Chinese version. Results The total score of quality of life was 109.03. The scores of physical wellbeing, social/family wellbeing, emotional wellbeing, functional wellbeing and additional concerns were 24.61, 21.34, 19.13, 16.81 and 27.14, respectively, in which the functional wetlbeing score was relatively lower and additional concerns score relatively higher. Multi- factor analysis indicated that self-evaluation on marriage quality and the times of stress events during the past 5 years were the main factors which affected the total score of quality of life. Conclusion The total quality of life in females with breast cancer in Jiading District is in good situation. And it was found in the investigation that marriage quality and stressful events were major factors affecting their quality of life.
