摘  要:LABVIEW是一种图形化编程语言,提供了虚拟仪器便捷的设计环境。将模糊控制与PID相结合,在LABVIEW中实现模糊自整定PID控制器,并将其作为外挂控制器通过MODBUS协议和新华仿真系统XDPS进行通信连接,最终实现外挂模糊自整定PID控制器对XDPS中主蒸汽温度系统的控制。对比XDPS中传统PID控制策略,仿真结果说明,模糊自整定PID控制时,系统的超调量和调节时间较小,外挂控制器和XDPS中传统PID的切换控制,使系统在安全稳定运行的同时又得到实时优化,满足现场实施要求,具有良好的应用前景。LABVIEW is a graphical programming language providing a convenient design environment for virtual instrument. Fuzzy self-tuning PID controller which is combining fuzzy control and traditional PID is implemented in LABVIEW. And as a plug-in controller, it communicates with Xinhua simulation system XDPS through MODBUS protocol. In the end, fuzzy PID plug-in controller in LABVIEW and the traditional PID controller in XDPS switch to control the main steam temperature system. Compared with the traditional PID strategy, the simulation results show that smaller overshoot and shorter regulation time can be obtained, using the fuzzy PID plug-in controller. The switching control make the system safe and stable operation, at the same time, getting real-time optimization, meeting requirements of site implementation, and having good application prospects.
