摘 要:在"跑道式"行波超声波电动机的基础上提出方环形驻波超声波电动机,该电机上下横梁关于水平方向对称布置两对凸齿,通过激励不同陶瓷片来改变振子基体上凸齿的运动方向,实现超声波电动机的正、反方向运动。借助ANSYS对振子基体及支撑部分进行了动态设计,分析了主要参数与振动频率的关系。以理论分析的数据尺寸制作了样机,验证了理论的正确性,为驻波超声波电动机的设计提供了依据。Square-annular standing wave ultrasonic motor was proposed which is based on the "runway" type traveling wave ultrasonic motor. The motor's crossbeam has two convex teeth which is symmetrically arranged about the horizontal, excitated of different ceramic plate to change the direction of the convex tooth's movement, to achieve ultrasonic motor's motion. The dynamic design of the vibrator and the support was made using ANSYS, and the relationship between the main parameters and vibration frequency was analyzed. A prototype was manufactured by the theoretical analysis data to verify the correctness of the theory. It provides the basis for the design of ultrasonic motor.
