摘　　要：社会对地方高校工科毕业生工程实践能力评价不高,学生工程实践能力的结构与企业的需求不契合。立足地方高校工科学生工程实践能力培养现状,分析了影响地方高校工科学生工程实践能力培养的主要因素,从而提出提升地方高校工科学生工程实践能力培养对策:立足现代工程教育时代要求,完善人才培养计划;增加教学资源经费投入,加强实践基地配套设施建设;深入推进政、产、学、研协同创新,拓宽学生工程实践活动渠道;加强教师队伍建设,提升教师工程实践教学能力。The evaluation of the engineering practical ability of the engineering students in local colleges and universities is not high, because their ability cannot fully meet the demand of enterprises. Based on the analysis of its situation and the main factors, the following strategies are provided to enhance the training of the engineering practical ability of engineering students in local colleges： improving the personnel training programs to meet the requirements of modern engineering education, increasing funding of teaching resources to strengthen the practical training base construction, further promoting the collaborative innovation in the government-industry-university-research institution to broaden the channels for students＇ engineering practice, and enhancing the teacher team developments to improve the teachers＇ ability in the education of engineering practice.
