摘　　要：通过对高校实验室存在的问题和常发的事故进行分析和总结,提出了通过加强高校师生的安全意识、建立健全安全管理体制、增大对高校实验室安全基础设施的配置和提高实验技术人员待遇等有效措施,来完善高校实验室安全管理。This article analyzes and summarizes the problems and accidents, and proposes that the laboratory safety management could be improved by the following measures： the reinforcement of safety ideas of college teachers and students, the establishment of sound safety management systems, the increased input to the fundamental equipment for laboratory safety, and the improvement of benefits for laboratory technicians.
