摘 要:采用正交试验法研究密度、施胶量、刨花种类及热压压力对刨花板物理力学性能的影响,得出较佳的工艺参数。试验表明:在试验范围内,刨花铺装的密度增大,刨花板的力学强度和吸水厚度膨胀率增大;施胶量增大,刨花板的力学强度和甲醛释放量增加,吸水厚度膨胀率减小;刨花种类对刨花板的物理力学性能无显著影响;热压压力增加,刨花板的内结合强度有所降低,静曲强度、弹性模量及吸水厚度膨胀率的变化不明显。An orthogonal experimental method is used to study the effect of density, resin application amount, types of wood shavings and hot-press pressure on the physical and mechanical properties of particleboard, with better techno- logical parameters obtained. The experiment result show that within the scope of the experiment, the mechanical strength and the thickness swelling rate after water absorption increase with density;the mechanical strength and the formaldehyde emission increase with the resin application amount;the types of wood shavings have no noticeable effect on the physical and mechanical properties of particleboard ; with the increase in the hot press, the inner bonding strength decreases,while the static bending strength, elastic modulus and the thickness swelling rate after water absorption have no significant changes.
